A new free weekday playgroup for children ages 0–4 with Down Syndrome and their parents/caregivers focused on play, connection, and early learning. Each meet up includes free-play, coffee, and a group-lead activity such as music, movement, or stories. The group provides a welcoming space for children and parents to socialize and connect - building community in a supportive, inclusive setting as we grow together!
Congratulations! We want to shower you and your little one with Down syndrome.
New and expecting families with a child up to age 3 are invited to join us for a celebratory baby shower brunch. This will be an opportunity for new families to learn more about DSAP, The Down Syndrome Center of Western PA and other key resources to help support your family.
Families will be able to meet and mingle with other local parents who have children in a similar age range. There will also be parents who are farther along in their journey available to help answer questions and share resources. We want you to also bring your First Call Mentor as well if you are connected to that program already.
Space is limited and advance registration is required. Siblings are welcome to attend. If you have a transportation need, or any other questions, please reach out to Cherise at director@dsapgh.org.
