We are offering each team space to bring a 10x10 tent on the main field area. Come early, set up your space, and tailgate before all the activities get started. All you need to do is register a team, and let us know to reserve a space for you!
To make it even more interesting, we will be holding a tent decorating contest! If you decided to decorate your tent, attendees at the event can vote on their favorite. One vote = $1. There will be a place set up to cast votes. Decorate for your team name, in Ds colors, or get your trunk or treat supplies out early and join in on the fun!

So, what exactly is a Buddy Walk?
The Buddy Walk® was established in 1995 by the National Down Syndrome Society to promote acceptance and inclusion of people with Down syndrome. Since then, it has grown into the world’s largest and most recognizable Down syndrome awareness program, with more than 250 walks taking place across the country and around the world!
The Pittsburgh Buddy Walk is DSAP's BIGGEST fundraiser of the year! Every dollar raised helps support vital local programs, services, resources, and advocacy for people with Down syndrome and their families.
But let's be honest… the best part is the PARTY!
We're talking families, friends, music, dancing, laughter, smiles, and enough love to last until next year's walk!
It’s a day to celebrate our loved ones with Down syndrome, make new friends, cheer each other on, and show the whole city what acceptance, inclusion, and community looks like.
