DSAP Post-Event/Program Survey for Attendees
As you may know, DSAP is committed to ensuring we are meeting the needs and interests of our community. We value your feedback and ask attendees to take a moment to complete our brief post-event surveys after attending any DSAP event or program.
We ask that caregivers/close connections/community members complete this post-event survey.
We also wanted to get feedback with a brand-new survey we developed for individuals with Down syndrome, which you can find here. Caregiver or parental support to fill out the survey is welcomed, in addition to feedback on how to improve the survey.
