Fun yoga poses to move our bodies! Improve your mood, coordination, and motor skills while focusing on movement and breath. Expect partner activities, yoga shapes, music, and flow. Elements of class include strength, balance, and relaxation. Class is open to tweenagers. Caregivers are welcome to join in on the fun.
We have mats and chairs available in-studio, students are encouraged to bring along a blanket or towel for comfort. Please register using the Register Here link below!
