Join in the fun and connection at our 2nd Annual DSAP Family Kennywood Day on Saturday, August 12

Kennywood Park is Pittsburgh's Thrill and Entertainment Destination with something for all ages! Join the Down Syndrome Association of Pittsburgh for DSAP's 2nd Annual Kennywood Family Day on Saturday, August 12*. This is a great opportunity to connect with other families in our community at Kiddieland, Thomas Town, Steeler Country, and at our designated DSAP pavilion. DSAP will also be offering activities throughout the day to meet up with other families and to connect with DSAP Board of Directors and Staff, so stay tuned for more details!

Each individual (ages 4+) attending DSAP's Family Kennywood Day must have a ticket to enter the park. DSAP is offering discounted tickets for our families at $31.99 per ticket. Season passholders attending DSAP Family Day are encouraged to RSVP to be included in connection opportunities. Registration closes on 8/3/23.

New this year are optional meal ticket vouchers available to purchase for $16.50. Click here to learn more and to add this on to your ticket admission. We also encourage families to bring their own snacks and food, but note that only one bag up to 15" x 15" x 15" or soft coolers up to 12" x 12" x 12" is allowed (with the exception of medical and diaper bags). Guests may also bring in one sealed bottle of water, but all food and beverages must fit within the bag size.

Important Park Info

Wheelchairs, electric scooters, strollers and wagons are available to rent at the Main Gate Gift Shop. Some of these items are even available for advance rental online (though advance rentals are nonrefundable). You can also bring your own stroller, wheelchair, and/or wagon.

ADA pass: Complete this form, scan and email to DSAP at info@dsapgh.org by 8/4/23. You will then be able to visit the Rider Service Center on 8/12.

Please note that Kennywood is cashless, but there are cash-to-card kiosks available within the park.
